verion.one is operated by VERION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., a technology company based in Thailand, acting as data controller for personal information collected through this website. For any privacy request, write to hello@verion.one and state that your message concerns personal data.
When you contact us or ask about Verion we collect the details you provide - typically name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message. Our hosting platform also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess fit, run product and onboarding conversations, keep a record of business correspondence, and improve the clarity of this website. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, including one that remembers your language choice. We also use aggregate traffic analytics provided by our hosting platform (Vercel Analytics) to count page views. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build cross-site advertising profiles. Blocking cookies in your browser does not prevent you from reading any public page.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on service providers to operate this website and handle correspondence - hosting and analytics infrastructure and business email - each under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and are then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in a contract with your organization.
Traffic to this website is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is limited to Verion team members who need it in order to respond. Controls that apply to Verion products are described on our Security page and confirmed per deployment during onboarding.
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you; withdraw consent; object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; and request portability. Write to hello@verion.one and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
This website runs on global cloud infrastructure, so personal data may be processed on servers outside Thailand. We use providers that offer recognised contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We update this policy when our practices change. The date above is the most recent revision. Changes that materially affect customer organizations are communicated to them directly.
