Getting started

Create a workspace, invite your team and switch on modules.

Create your workspace: Sign up at vedaworkspace.com, name your company workspace and choose Thai or English. Creating an account does not start billing.
Invite your team: Add people from Settings and assign a role to each. Roles decide which modules and records they can see.
Switch on modules: Enable Accounting, CRM, HR, Flow, Documents or Communications as you need them. Each module is priced per module.
Set up your company: Enter company details, chart of accounts and approval policies before the first invoice or request.

Reviewing a proposal: When VEDA prepares drafts or a next step, review them and approve, edit or dismiss. Nothing consequential proceeds without approval.
What VEDA reads: Records, documents, history and approval policy inside your organization, scoped by your permissions.
What VEDA does not do: It does not post to the books, send messages or change records on its own.

Issue an invoice and follow up: Create the invoice from a quote or from scratch, send it, then let VEDA prepare reminders for overdue items for your review.
Route an approval: Submit a request in Flow, attach documents and let the approval chain carry it to the right people.
Onboard an employee: Create the employee record, run the onboarding checklist and set reporting lines.
Attach a document to a record: Upload from Documents or from the record itself; versions and permissions follow the record.

Company settings, roles, approval policies and billing.

Company settings: Company details, fiscal year, languages and default currencies.
Roles: Define roles and the modules and records each can see and change.
Approval policies: Decide which actions require approval and who can approve them.
Billing: Modules are priced per module. Commercial terms are confirmed in writing before any charge.

Permissions

Who can see and change what.

Role-based access: Access is granted by role and scoped to the organization and the records a role owns.
Document permissions: Files are visible only to users and teams granted access at the document or folder level.
VEDA and permissions: VEDA only reads what the person asking is allowed to see.
